IPTV Planning and Analysis Project

SaskTel International (SI) through partnership with another firm was engaged to develop a full business case for Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) that would focus on the critical steps to ensure corporate readiness for a successful launch of an IPTV service.  Detail options for introduction of the service into the marketplace that would outline the phases and timelines to which a commercial introduction should follow.
Specifically, SI provided expertise in the following areas:

• Strategic evaluation and readiness assessment
• Examination of alternatives to IPTV
• Development of a full business case (including ROI)
• Full development of a Marketing Strategy and Market Placement Plan
