SaskTel International (SI) was contracted to perform an assessment and review of the Chengdu 3 IP Broadband network to provide a expert opinion of the status and condition of the network.
A review and assessment of the IP Broadband network was performed to look at the network architecture and operations and report on areas such as network capacity, operations and maintenance, performance and monitoring, design and engineering, network planning and current and future service capabilities.
Work was performed on an analysis and opinion approach and a final report was delivered to World Seoul Communications for them to use in their business plan and acquisition strategy.
