SaskTel International (SI) was engaged by United International Holdings (UIH) to provide a review and assessment of the telephony component of VTR’s operations in Chile. The review’s intent was to serve as part of the due diligence process undertaken by UIH that was to proceed its planned acquisition of the company.
SI provided an assessment of VTR’s operations in three main areas: business planning, customer service, and network operations. SI evaluated both primary and secondary to provide a comprehensive review was taken from a business, customer and network perspective.
