SaskTel International (SI) was engaged by International Finance Corporation (IFC) to assist with a review and assessment of Celtel’s proposed multi-million dollar network expansion. The IFC first performed an appraisal of Celtel Telefonica Cellular, the sole cellular services provider in Honduras, and a follow-up report was provided to the company. The intent of SI’s involvement was to update IFC’s original report, assisting with the technical and marketing assessment while concentrating on the viability of Celtel’s proposed network expansion.
