Integration (MAGIC): 

The challenge to provide seamless electronic bonding between often diverse inter and intra organization back and front office Operational Support Systems has become one of the most pressing issues facing information technology managers within the telecommunications industry today.

Our integration product, MAGIC, addresses these issues by serving as a data exchange gateway between our product suite and other external Operational Support Systems or Integration Brokers.

MICA User Group:

Purchasers of our OSS Solutions suite are invited to join our user group.  Called MICA (MARTENS International Client Association), it demonstrates SaskTel International’s desire to become a true partner with our software customers. Our MICA user group is an excellent forum to exchange information and gain an industry-wide perspective.   It enables our customers to learn more about SaskTel International’s initiatives and exchange information. In addition to the MICA annual conference, SaskTel International conducts workshops and on-going conference calls, and issues a quarterly newsletter to share development and support information, and discuss key industry changes.
